His work is aimed at supporting and empowering young people, in particular members of the Roma community, through educational, cultural and social initiatives.

Vira is a human rights and advocacy expert who provides legal support for the organization’s projects. Her knowledge helps to protect the rights of vulnerable groups, develop strategic initiatives and build partnerships at the national and international levels.
Ramona Fabry
COMMUNITY MANAGER IN EUROPE
Ramona is responsible for expanding the international relations of the KYRS and integrating Roma youth initiatives into the European context. She is engaged in communication with partners, attracting new members and developing the international community.
Siuzanna Ivanenko
COMMUNITY MANAGER IN UKRAINE, VOLUNTEER
Siuzanna coordinates the organization’s activities at the local level, organizes support for volunteers and ensures communication between the community and the organization. She is also an expert in public administration and psychological rehabilitation, which allows her to work effectively with survivors of crisis situations.
Mykola Kopanenko
PROJECT MANAGER, VOLUNTEER
Mykola is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s projects. His experience in public activities and volunteering allows him to effectively manage resources and create initiatives that have a lasting social impact.
Maria Ivanenko
COMMUNITY MANAGER IN GERMANY, VOLUNTEER
Maria helps to build a support network for Ukrainian youth in Germany. She works with volunteers, organizes events and promotes the integration of Ukrainian and Roma youth initiatives into the European context.

SMM-MANAGER
Bauyrzhan is responsible for the information presence of KYRS in social networks, develops content strategies and ensures interaction with the audience. His task is to communicate the values and results of the organization’s work to the widest possible audience.
Anastasia Prokopenko
HEALTHCARE EXPERT, PROJECT CONSULTANT
Anastasiia provides the organization with healthcare expertise, assists in the development of projects related to medical support and psychological assistance. She also works on expanding medical initiatives for vulnerable groups.
