Results:

  • Psychological sessions: Individual and group meetings with an experienced psychologist.
  • The girls were able to discuss their anxieties, learn emotional management techniques and receive emotional support.
  • Trainings on psychological resilience: Participants learned skills of self-control, stress management and overcoming emotional crises. They learned how to stay calm and protect their mental health.
  • Interactive guides and self-help resources: Participants developed step-by-step exercises and recommendations to support mental health.
  • The guides are available in Ukrainian and Roma languages for a wider audience.

Significance of the project:
This project was an important step in supporting Roma girls, helping them to find inner balance, overcome life challenges, and unleash their potential. It not only strengthened the psychological resilience of the participants, but also created valuable resources for the entire Roma community.
