Project description: The initiative was implemented to create a space for intercultural dialogue among high school students of Roma and other nationalities in the Kherson region. The project aims to overcome everyday stereotypes through theater arts.

Main activities: 

• Theatre workshops for students of different nationalities.
• Joint creation of the script, music and artistic design of the performance.
• Presentation of the play “Friendship” — a story about mutual understanding between a Roma girl and her classmates.

Project implementation stages: 

• Performance for preschoolers at the Puppet Theater
• Performance “Friendship” for high school students
• Planned performance for students on a professional stage
• Performance of “Friendship” at the Oleshky Special School of the Kherson Regional Council after the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination
